Service Description:
* Any cancellation or rescheduling clients will need to give a 24 hour notice or you forfeit/owe the fee due at the rate of 1 Session for that date. The next scheduled session will be a separate fee for that future date and any prior payment for a previously cancelled appointment will not transfer over if no sufficient notice was not given for cancellations. Exceptions may be made in the event of emergencies that can't be planned for.
Psychotherapy for Mental Health Issues & Behavioral Disorders-
- This is professional counseling/psychotherapy utilizing cognitive & behavioral techniques along with psycho-dynamic techniques and other theoretical models such as gestalt, existential, and more depending on your situation goals, and needs to address Mental Health and or Substance Use Disorders. Mood disorders such as Anxiety & Depression, Behavioral Disorders, Past Trauma, Adjustment to life issues, and other Mental Health issues of concern.
- Brief Solution Focused Counseling - This is counseling that is geared and focused to solve short term goals and address single specific problems or decisions for individuals who only have a limited amount or brief period of time to receive counseling for life problem areas and or decisions.
- Life Style Coaching - This service includes weekly phone calls 1 x week and 2 Individual video counseling sessions for the 1 month period. Phone calls are limited to 30 minutes. Video counseling sessions will be 1 hour each. Trouble shooting general life problems and issues.
- Addiction Counseling For Addiction Related Behaviors & Substance Use Disorder - This service provides individualized counseling for individuals in recovery from alcohol/drug use and abuse or to those seeking to get into a program of recovery from drugs/alcohol abuse. Referrals to resources will also be provided to assist with a program of recovery. Psycho-education is provided to the individual and can also be provided to the family as well.
- Consultation for Problem Analysis & Treatment Plan Recommendations - This service will provide my professional insights and suggestions to problems and or concerns with regard to behavioral concerns and mental health wellness concerns. I can link you to resources that may assist you with a number of problems in addition to providing information.
